Her Shedding Skin writing prompt was Feed the fire

Shedding Skin writing from a client. So potent while humanity is raging:

Her Shedding Skin writing prompt was Feed the fire:

When contained, fire is life giving and necessary.
It is beautiful, dancing with its flames.
Feed the fire, lest it die.
Feed it with the dead, the old and decayed.
Watch it burn and give new life to that which had no life left.
The fire gives heat, gives life, and protects life.
The fire brings community and togetherness. The fire gives hope. Tell stories around the fire of your ancestors and hope for the future. See the beauty in the flames: orange, yellow, white, maybe blue. Hear it crackle, sizzle, pop and hiss, but then simmer back down. Get close, but not too close. Admire, then walk away. Once the fire has given new life to the dead, burned the old, its job is done and it goes back to sleep. Until next time when there is more to burn.
And then I had her replace ‘fire’ for ‘MY ANGER”.
MY ANGER When contained, is life giving and necessary.
MY ANGER is beautiful, dancing with its flames.
Feed MY ANGER, lest I die.
Feed MY ANGER with the dead, the old and decayed.
Watch MY ANGER burn and give new life to that which had no life left. MY ANGER gives heat, gives life, and protects life.
MY ANGER brings community and togetherness.
MY ANGER gives hope.
Tell stories of my ancestors ANGER and hope for the future.
See the beauty in MY ANGER:
orange, yellow, white, maybe blue.
Hear MY ANGER crackle, sizzle, pop and hiss, but then simmer back down.
Get close, but not too close.
Admire MY ANGER, then walk away.
Once MY ANGER has given new life to the dead, burned the old, its job is done and it goes back to sleep.
Until next time when there is more MY ANGER to burn.
